What we collect

If you join the list, your email address — and your name if you give it. When stock launches and you place an order, the things an order needs: name, delivery address, contact details, and payment handled by our payment provider (we never see card numbers). Basic analytics about how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why, and on what basis

The waitlist: because you asked (consent — you can leave any time, every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to us). Orders: because we can't post a fleece without an address (contract). Analytics: only with your consent.

Who handles it for us

Shopify (our store platform) and Klaviyo (our email platform) process data on our behalf. Both are bound by data processing agreements. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else except where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details until you unsubscribe. Order records for six years (HMRC requires it). Analytics, 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if we get it wrong. Email hello@pawsandpeaksapparel.co.uk and a human — one of two — will reply.

Cookies

See the cookie page. The short version: essential ones for the shop to function, analytics only if you say yes, nothing else.
