Shipping

UK only for the first run — it keeps things honest while there are two of us and one kettle. Further afield as soon as we can do it properly.

Orders are picked and posted within 2–3 working days, and usually land 3–5 working days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed the moment it's on its way.

Free UK shipping on orders over £75. Below that, the rate is worked out at checkout.

Returns

Thirty days. If it's unworn with tags on, send it back for a full refund or an exchange — email support@pawsandpeaksapparel.co.uk first so we know it's coming. Return postage is yours; if you're exchanging, the new size travels back to you on us.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of your return reaching us. Banks sometimes take a day or two more to show it.

Repairs

Different from returns, and better: if a zip, seam or cuff gives out at any point, post it back and we'll repair it free, for as long as we're making the Ascent. Email support@pawsandpeaksapparel.co.uk and we'll sort the details.
